An Introduction to Supporting Schools to Develop Effective Inclusion Hubs

Participants will explore:

• Hub policy development, considering entry and exit criteria, and approaches to assessment and evidence‑gathering.
• Includes a brief introduction to how visual structure—such as visuals, routines, and predictable environments—can support daily hub practice.
• Signposts schools to further training, events, support, and relevant research available across North Northamptonshire

Primary phase Senior Leaders, SENCOs and Inclusion Leads, Pastoral and Behaviour Leads, and staff involved in designing or running Inclusion Hubs or targeted support within a primary setting.
