Rowan Gate will be returning to Egress secure email for sending review documents to parents.
As many of you are already familiar with Egress, which the Council uses for sharing EHCP documentation, this change will make things simpler and more consistent.

Using Egress means you can access your child’s documents securely without the need for additional passwords, which have been used in recent years. Egress is designed to keep your information safe while making it easy for you to view and download documents.
How to Access Documents via Egress
- Check your email – You will receive an email from Egress with a link to view your document.
- Click the link – This will take you to the secure Egress platform.
- Log in or create an account –
- If you already have an Egress account, simply log in.
- If you are new to Egress, follow the instructions to create a free account.
- Access your document – Once logged in, you can view and download your child’s review documentation securely.
- Need help? – If you have any issues, visit Egress Help Centre or contact the school office for assistance.
