ASC Early Years

PLEASE NOTE this course would be suitable for children who are educated in KS1 or KS2 but are developmentally working within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Course Aims: 

• To gain an understanding of Autistic Spectrum Condition 
• To develop an understanding of how to use visual structure, visuals in the environment and visual schedules to enhance the environment and routines in the Early Years Environment 
• To gain an understanding of effective practice when providing work station systems 
• To understand the importance of visuals and effective ways to support communication 
• To explore interventions to support children working within the Early Years
